- Prices are determined by the number of guests and the food items to be prepared.
- A $200 deposit or 50% of the estimated total, whichever is less, is due upon booking the event to hold your date, and will be applied to the remaining balance. All deposits are forfeited if the client cancels within 30 days of the event.
- Total cost for the event, for full service catering only includes: linens and colored fabric, along with a silk floral arrangement in a decorative vase to coordinate with the colors of your event for the buffet and beverage tables; Ultimate Cuisine Catering & Events staff will deliver and set up your food and beverage service, remain to replenish serving dishes with food and also beverage, and clean up buffet area after event; All necessary catering equipment like stainless steel chafing dishes, platters and other serving pieces are included; Durable 10” decorative clear plastic plates, forks, 9 ounce cups, and paper napkins are all included with the service, unless otherwise stated by the client to utilize glass or china, flatware, glass goblets, and linen napkins, for an additional rental fee. Total cost for drop off service includes the food only, delivered in aluminum pans. If client request plastic plates, eating utensils, cups, and napkins to be supplied, there will be an additional fee. For local drop-off, there will be a $30.00 delivery fee, and for out of town drop-off within a 30-40 mile radius will be charged a $75.00 delivery fee.
- Full payment of balance is due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to event

- Menu finalization is due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to event
- Final guest count is due 2 weeks (14 days) prior to event. If you need to increase your guest count, within 2 weeks of your event date, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Additional fees and charges MAY apply beyond the normal agreed upon expenses outlined upon booking.
- Payments may be made by any major credit card, cash, or check, made payable to “Ultimate Cuisine”. State sales tax will be applied accordingly.
- Unexpected guests arriving on the event date are considered un-approved additions, and are therefore not considered in catering preparations.
- Ultimate Cuisine Catering & Events will prepare between 5%-10% overage of food, based on the final guest count. There is no additional charge for the food overage.
