Do You have delivery and set-up service 

Yes.  Delivery, set-up, and clean up service is included with booking an event at no additional charge.  The service includes the professional presentation of food and beverages on the tables(s) provided by you (client), or facility with linens; and clean up  of the food and beverage tables and catering supplies.  Disposal of trash and room clean up is not included in the charge, and remains the responsibiliy of the client.  For an additional fee, disposal of trash, and room clean-up services may be rendered at a cost of $150.00.

Do you cook enough food, for unexpected guest?

I do require an accurate guest count, but services do include a 5-10% overage of food.  The food portions are normal, therefore, the buffet table is not all you can eat. 

Are flatware, glasses, and china included in the price?

No, included in the price, food items with full service catering will be served with clear; decorative and durable plasticware and paper napkins. Flatware, glass plates, goblets, and linen napkins are available for an additional charge.

Do you prepare food items not listed on your menu?

Yes, items listed on the website are just some optional items to choose from, but we do prepare customized menu's.

Do you provide take-out catering.

Yes, food will be dropped off in aluminum pans and will not include any staff or set-up fees. However, the client will be charged a $30 delivery fee for local delivery.

Do you cater out of town events?

Yes, within a 30-40 mile radius of Little Rock, with an out of town travel fee of $75.  Ultimate Cuisine Catering takes exceptional care to follow industry recommended proper food handling procedures in the best interest of our clients to help reduce the risk of food borne illness.  We have certain guidelines designed to help us maintain this high level of food safety/sanitation practice.  These guidelines include adhering to time limits that foods may be held safely for service and to preserve the quality of foods by keeping them at certain temperatures. 

Do you provide tastings?

Yes, tasting fees are based on the quantity of food items and the menu choices.  The fee varies, from $50 and up.
